1.

Four light status of modem :


1.)Power RED : Power should be stable. -Modem power switch should be on. -Adapter should be tight plugged in to power point. -Modem power should be from UPS. (Power measurement : voltage : 220 to 240 v) 2.)Link or Dsl YELLOW : DSL link should be stable. -.Main Reset to splitter connection should be tight at splitter Line point -.Modem to should be connected through splitter adsl point modem line port. -.Phone line should be connected through splitter phone point. 3.)Data or Internet GREEN : Data should flicker when data transfer.

-Turn off PC and Modem for 5 minutes and then turn on. -.User name and Password should be correct in modem / dialer 4.)PC or WLAN GREEN : Blinking if pc to modem connection is ok. - Lan cable should proper inserted in pc lan port and modem Ethernet port - Lan card should be enable . - IP / DNS setting should be ok on lan port. ( as mention in info folder)

2. POWER CYCLING :
-Turn off PC and Modem for 5 minutes and then turn on is mandatory

IF MODEM IS IN BRIDGE / DIALING MODE: DIALING ERRORS :1. 2. 3. 4. ERROR 691 :- Wrong user name or password. ERROR 769 :- lan cad disable. ERROR 678 :- Check DSL link stable or not if yes reboot your pc and modem ERROR 734/735 :- Dialer corrupt, need to reconfigure dialer.
