Health and Safety Bulletin Autumn 2011

New School Year


At the start of a new school year it is essential that all children and staff are aware of escape routes from their new classroom. Check the Red Emergency Board for details of children with protocols or pupils on the asthma register. Details of where to find the First Aid box are displayed here please do note on board if you change it's position.

Fire Doors

These must be kept closed. Do not prop fire doors open. Make sure vision panels in fire doors are not covered over.

Aerosols are not to be used in school. If you must use one then it must be stored in metal cupboard when not in use
