II.OBJECTIVES A.

General Objective: At the end of this case study, we will be able to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes towards the case (Myoma Uterine), and relate it with the patient on terms of rendering proper nursing management through the formulation of the nursing care process. B. Specific Objectives: At the end of the case study the student nurses will be able to: 1. Establish baseline data on the nature of Myoma Uterine. 2. Discuss the clients profile, past medical history, personal history, personal and social history and prevent illness of the client as well as the physical assessment.

3. Identify and interpret laboratory results of the client. 4. Have broad knowledge or understanding about the anatomy and physiology of the related organs. 5. Be able to explain the mechanism of pathophysiology 6. Formulate the most prioritized problem in the nursing process including the assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation. 7. Determine and analyze drugs rendered to the client. 8. Provide information regarding prognosis and discharge planning. 9. Provide information on the prognosis and discharge planning intended for the patients condition.
