    THE PHOTOGRAPHER

    William Henry Fox Talbot (11.02.1800 17.9.1877) was a British inventor and a pioneer of Was considered both an inventor and a pioneer of photography , as he was the inventor of the calotype process of photography in 1840.

    AN OAK TREE IN WINTER This photograph was taken in 1842-1843 and began as two negatives although only one of which was dense enough to print.
