Site reconnaissance

The site reconnaissance must be doing before project start. Site reconnaissance is normally doing with survey for know this site suitable or not for built condominium building. Some of criteria need to be look in the survey :
(a) Topography tanjung bungah a hillside place. land forms for the site a hillside and many have trees.
(b) Hydrogeology there place are catchment area. High surface runoff when a rain and flows into the sea.

 (c) slope instability -the land is sloping and steep, hummocks on the ground and trees covering an area of the site.
(d) Access easy to go the site. All vehicles can be access when the project in progress. The access especially road easy to way out in a built because of the hard and rocky soil. (e) surrounding of the site have many infrastructure and accommodation for people.
