Kitchen & Bath Design Sales Associate 25 hrs per week Pay TBA Job Description: * Takes ownership for enhancing the customer experience * Partners with selling and sales support associates to provide superior customer service * Initiate and build client/customer base through in store customer contact and lead follow through * Exercise required selling practices: approach, qualify, recommend, and sell * Qualify customers and provide them with and overview of our products and services * Understand customers objectives (needs, desires, and budgetary limits) and introduce them to the products and services that will best meet their objectives * Explain our remodeling process to the customer and address any concerns * Encourage our installation services * Complete customer lead information/gathers 3 dates from the customer for initial in home consultation. * Present the customer and project information, in the project binder, to the remodel manager * Complete comparative quotes for customers * Actively participate in competitive shopping process * Take initiative for self-development to increase product, service and competitor knowledge * Adheres to the SHC Code of Conduct * Performs other duties and projects as assigned
