Sales Engineer Job at LIGHTSERVE (Pvt.) LTD.

A self driven, dynamic and result oriented sales engineer is required to provide technical solutions in
lighting and building automation fields to corporate customers in industrial and commercial sectors for
project sales

As our sale engineer, you will be taking on an exciting and multifaceted role. You will be developing new
business opportunities with electrical consultant, architects, interior designers, contractors, project
managers and electrical professionals. Most of your time will be spent using your prospecting and strategic
sales skills to proactively target new client accounts, and you’ll meet customers in their offices or on
project sites.

You’ll excel here by using your exceptional communication skills to interact with multiple customers daily.
You’ll review design plans with them and listen to their needs, reading between the lines to get the full
picture. You’ll determine what products or solution they need, provide expert advice and pricing in a timely
manner. You have incredible people skills, and you’ll quickly develop long-term, trusting relationships with
them. You’ll process orders, arrange for payment and delivery, and you’ll love providing them a full-service
solution.

• Year 1 income is expected at Rs. 350K to Rs. 600K, year 2 – Rs. 400K- Rs. 800K,
• Uncapped monthly sales commissions

Responsibilities

• Support in design and presentation of lighting and building automation solutions to prospective
clients
• Acquire new business clients in your specified area, including cold-calling, referrals and B2B
networking; scheduling and conducting client introductions and face-to-face prospecting
• Build a customer base, through personal representation
• Establish strong long-term relations with Clients, Consultants/Architects, Project Managers and
Contractors while ensuring effective liaison between company and clients
• Sell the benefits of working with LIGHTSERVE as professional solution provider with proven track
record of successful completion of multi-million projects, in respective field.
• Provide status updates on client accounts in pipeline, maintain record of activities through CRM
software to ensure proper administration of prospective projects
• Manage and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
satisfaction and after sales experience
• Demonstration of best of work ethics by abiding by all commitments with internal and external
customers and adhere to company policies
