HELP JOIN THE CAUSE!!! Join us as we advocate for a more effective Mental Health Care System in North Carolina.

The newly reformed system, as of 2001, has failed miserably in offering adequate services for individuals with mental health concerns. Many individuals in need of help are being turned away from mental health facilities. Highly trained and competent professionals are losing their jobs and are being replaced by unqualified individuals. Money is being abused by private companies, and individuals who truly need services are not being assisted properly. We need to advocate redirecting funds from private sectors back to state run mental health facilities.
