review; Friday Fable
We had fun in class when we learned the parts of a pumpkin (stem, tendril, skin, and ribs), made paper plate pumpkins using paper we cut ourselves, learned about the life cycle of a pumpkin seed, estimated how many pumpkins tall we were, made pumpkin life cycle flip cards, had a blast at the Pumpkin Patch, created paper plate pumpkin masks, compared pumpkins and apples using a Venn diagram, made pumpkin pies in a cup, made pumpkin glyphs, completed our bingo dot G mat, made handprint spiders, and continued our letter study with Gg, shape study with triangle, color study with orange, and our number study with 2.
Song of the week: Gorillas (Baa, Baa Black Sheep) Gorillas grab and swing on growing vines, above the grass as the bright sun shines. Giggling together, they plat great games. We gather that gorillas have very smart brains. Gorillas grab and swing on growing vines, above the grass as the bright sun shines.
