ANALYSIS FACTORS RELATED TO ALCOHOL ABUSE AT ADOLESENTS BASED ON LAWRENCE GREEN THEORY IN KARANG PAKEM HAMLET VILLAGE OF CURAHLELE

The habit of alcohol user among adolescents is a phenomenon that often happens in Indonesia. There are many factors that caused them to spend his spare time for drinking alcohol in disorder usefullness. That factors are predisposing factor, enabling factor, and reinforcing factor. The main purpose of this research is to analysis of factor related alcohol use abuse, there are knowledge level of adolescents use alcohol, attitude, means of getting booze, and interaction with friends booze users. This study uses cross sectional design. Sampling technique in this research uses total sampling method which amounts to 10 respondents adolescent alcohol users, after that each adolescent was asked to filled up questionnaire, then analyzed by content analysis and percentage. the results showed that almost all respondents (90%) had a low level of knowledge, positive attitude by 60%, Means of getting booze by 60% which is available at locations around adolescents stay , 60% of respondents have medium levels of interaction and 50% of respondents consume booze at a very high level. Based on the results of spearman rho analysis, related between the variables of attitude, a means of getting booze, and interaction with fellow users liquor with the use of alcohol showed a significant relationship with level of significant value sig. (2-tailed) = 0.05. From this result, it can be concluded the factors that have the most significant relationship is the relationship between the variable means of getting liquor in the neighborhood with the sig. (2-tailed) = 0.019. Balung Public health center need to optimize the function of health centers in health promotion through healthy behaviors related adolescents to increase knowledge of the dangers of liquor to teen behavior free of liquor in the Karang Pakem Hamlet Village of Curahlele Village of Balung District of Jember Regency.
