PURPOSE
To maintain the records of patient and their medicines prescribed by Doctor. To solve the problem of excessive paper work.

SCOPE

The scope of this application is limited to maintaining records of patients and medicines prescribed to them by the doctors while they are in the hospital.

OBJECTIVES
To facilitate the nursing staff as its not easy to remember all the medicines prescribed by the doctor for their respective patients.

The medicine prescribed by the doctor for different patients could be uploaded on the application.

Even when the duties of these nursing staff change one can always look what kind of medicine is prescribed for which patient by the respective doctor.
An authentication could be created and the data valid for the user could be retrieved.
