Dear Parent/Carer, The end of the school year is fast approaching. During the last week of term, staff will be running a variety of activities for students. All students will be able to access activities that will cost nothing; however, there will be some optional, full day activities that will incur a cost. Please find below details of these activities.

Excursions will not go ahead if minimum numbers are not reached. Students who do not wish to go on the whole day excursions will be catered for at school with different activities such as: computer games, sporting activities, craft activities etc. These activities will be finalised closer to the date. All excursion forms together with money must be submitted to the receipting window by 4.00pm on Thursday 8th December 2011. There can be no negotiation about this date for any of the excursions. Please note that forms and money must be submitted togther. Students are expected either to participate in the excursions, or be at school participating in other activities. Students who are absent need to contact the school via the Schools Absence Hotline (59173958), as per usual. Please note that the canteen will NOT be open from Monday 19th December and students will not be allowed to leave the school grounds to buy their lunch. Excursion forms can be collected from the Middle Sub School office or can be downloaded from the College web site at www.lyndhurst.vic.edu.au. Students will be advised when these are available.
