Experience Sales Engineer (Rajasthan) (From June 2010 to Present) BEML Limited (A Govt. of India Undertaking, Ministry of Defence) Handling institutional and individual sales of BEMLs Mining & Construction equipment in entire Rajasthan. Major Responsibilities: 1) To manage a 15 year old dealership of BEML Limited in Rajasthan region.

2) Effectively forecast, plan, allocate sales target for BEMLs earth moving equipments in Rajasthan.
3) To Lead and continuously train sales team and ensure achieving sales target of

dealer model segment equipment such as (7-30 Ton) Hydraulic Excavator, Bull Dozers, Back-hoe Loaders, Loaders in entire Rajasthan.
4) To convert hot leads into orders by means of effective negotiation with Marble

and Granite mines owner in Rajasthan.

5) To conduct marketing activities in entire Rajasthan such as participating in

Exhibitions, arranging Customer meets etc. and preparing marketing material.

6) To handle all tender activities in scope of Rajasthan. 7) Have experience of using Sales & Distribution Module in SAP R/3.

Projects and Summer Internship Undertaken during Education

Completed a dissertation on Effects of 3G on Mobile Advertisement from the

perspective of both consumers and advertisers as a part of college curriculum. IndianOil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL), New Delhi (MBA)Knowledge Management. My Project included revamping the existing knowledge management portal from both structural and physical perspectives. All suggestions were highly appreciated and implemented with a letter of appreciation.

Goa Shipping Limited (GSL), Goa (B.E). Studied and witnessed installation of various components like Radar, Echo Sounder, DGPS, Anemometer and Global Marine Distress Safety System (GMDSS) in Extra Fast Patrolling Vessel of Indian Coastal Guards

National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Badarpur (New Delhi). Underwent a 6 weeks training which concentrated around the electronics and control department that looked after the boilers, turbines and transformers.

An intense training on Siemens PLC S7-300. The course was organized by Electronics Test and Development Centre, Goa (Ministry of Communication and Information Technology). Extra Co-Curricular Activities and Achievements Got 2nd Rank in BEMLs sales of earth moving equipment in all over India for the Financial Year 2010-11.

Got 1st prize for Best display of machinery, tools and consumables (Outdoor category) in an exhibition Stonemart 2011, held from 20th-23rd January 2011 in Jaipur.

Got letter of appreciation from Chief Manager, Corporate Comm., IOCL, for upgradation of Knowledge Management portal as a part of Summer Internship during MBA.

Participated in and won the Information Technology event at intercollegiate management fest CHRYSALIS 2008, at CUIM.

Team leader of the organizing team (Information Technology) for national level inter-college management fest, USHUS 2008 at CUIM.

Attained 2nd rank in an Essay writing competition in institute level.
