IBS 391 Spanish for Business This course provides an introduction to the Spanish language, including an understanding of pronunciation,

grammar, and culture. The curse will also dispel some myth about language acquisition. Students will learn and review vocabulary, learn and review dialogues, enact stories, and apply the language. The vocabulary is geared towards situations that occur every day in real life. The cultural aspects of the course will help to ease communication misunderstandings. This course is designed to give connective Spanish language to enhance the connections of the students with Spanish-speakers. GER 208 Heritage of the World Surveys literature, folklore, arts, architecture, rituals, philosophies, and religions of the world and explores multi-cultural perspectives. We will study the principal philosophical and religious ideas of those traditions that shaped our world GER 201 Intercultural Communications Explores the idea of intercultural communication as a social exchange process, the influence of cultural, ethnic, regional, national, and social class backgrounds on communication behavior, and their social, personal, and international consequences.
