AMC-406/ASB/SM/11-12 Dated: 26.09.2011 ; regarding Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of our elevator (2011 12) We herewith acknowledge receipt of your above proposal. First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your continued support and assistance rendered to us always. In lieu of your above AMC proposal, we would like to draw your kind attention to the deteriorating financial condition of our association wherein there was no increase of maintenance by the owners vis--vis the rise in cost of maintenance. Several owners also live abroad and come once in 3-4 years. Hence your proposal of increase by 15% will fall on us very dearly and we will not be able to balance our expenses. Hence in view of these problems, we are earnestly requesting you to kindly keep the increase figure to 10% instead of proposed 15%. Since the installation of the elevator in 1995 we have given the increase of 10% in 2000-01 & 2008-09. Taking into account your convenience we may be able to render the increase of 10% this year (2011-12).But henceforth we earnestly request you to reduce the proposed figure to 10% every 4 years. Kindly be considerate and do needful by sending us a revised proposal with 10% increase per 4 years on the AMC charges in order to enable us to make the payment.
