Problem Definition:

Problem Definition: 1. Introduction: CanTho University Software Center there are many employees. They are divided into defferent departments. The information of all employees need to be stored on computer. But there is no fixed format for it and data is not stored centrally. This becomes time consuming to search all records of employees. 2. Solution: To solve these problems.So we dicide to develop a system for managing the transfers which will access a central database. Employee tranfers management is a application that helps manage all informations of employees in departments become to easier as well as the work display and find details information of employee quickly. 3. Functional Requirements a. Login into the system. b. Search information of employees. c. Allow operation on records: insert,update, delete, d. Allow display employee details. e. Allow employee transfer between departments. f. Allow report details employees.
