CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF PAST MINUTES A. December 2011 PRINCIPAL/SUPERINTENDENTS REPORT TREASURERS REPORT FUNDING REQUESTS A. $6000-$8000 by School District for Installation of the New Marquee; $1500 has already been raised by the students/SES families during the dollar drive. VII. SPIRIT WEAR UPDATE A. The spirit wear is anticipated to be here by the end of the week and distributed by the 10th of January. We apologize for the inconvenience. VIII. RECAP OF RECENT EVENTS A. Christmas Faire Over $1000 (Refer to Treasurers Report) B. Round Table DNO - $200 plus $50 in Gift Certificates IX. UPCOMING EVENTS A. Skate Night 20th B. DNO Mandarin House 23rd X. NEW BUSINESS A. Looking for a chairperson for the Pancake Breakfast at Applebees This benefits the school library. This event is tentatively scheduled for February 3rd. Could be moved to March??? B. Donation of approximately 1 cord of wood by the district to SSS for our use. XI. ADJOURNMENT
