RIDER REGISTRATION FORM
The clinic will be held Saturday and Sunday March 24/25th
at Woodbine Farms Chelsea, Michigan
Cost: $425 for the two day clinic (approx 2 hours per day)
Riders will ride in groups of no more than 8 riders for an approx two hour
session each day.
Clinic participants will also receive one auditor tickets. Breakfast and Lunch
will be available at the facility each day.
Stabling is $50 permanent stalls are available Friday afternoon
Please write ONE check for $425, made to Sari Clapperton for clinic
A Check is REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION AND IS NONREFUNDABLE,
unless your space can be filled by another rider.
You or your trainer will be notified of your session schedule on or near
March18th, 2012
