Supports the Business Controller in running and orchestrating the financial and business rhythm of the Business Group He/she is responsible for business performance management, revenue forecasting & analysis, business insight across BGs and products and marketing Should be comfortable working in US MNC matrix organization structure Has the potential to be the trusted financial advisor for the Controller and the Business Leads. Reporting: Reports to Business Controller Education: MBA (Finance specialization) with strong academic achievements Experience: Desired: 5 yrs of relevant experience (Finance/Analytics) Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex environments and work through cross group collaboration Ability to step up and handle special projects as and when required Advanced PC skills in spreadsheet and relational database applications required Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad

Job responsibilities
Business Insight 50% Provide business insight to maximize growth opportunity for the Group. Provide concrete actions and recommendations to improve performance and execution. Trusted advisor to the Business Controller. Required to build very strong business partnerships across the Business Segments. Be a team player to be able to provide analytics of the business. Help the business take key decisions to deliver business results. Provide financial discipline and rigor to the Business Segments. Help monitor the Subsidiary scorecard to provide timely inputs the Business Segments. Drive resource optimization and investment initiatives based on benchmarking, in-depth analysis and business modeling scenario. Help the Business drive the culture of ROI on marketing and business investments Drive profitability & productivity analysis of go to markets and other marketing or sales initiatives. Help land the Controls & Compliance culture in the Business Business Excellence 50% Help the Business Controller drive an effective rhythm of the business (ROB) and business performance reviews. Help revenue forecast accuracy through a solid forecasting model and process. Drive a predictable and effective planning rhythm, from the Mid Year Business Review to Annual Financial Budget. Consistently execute against key financial processes on time and with quality and accuracy. Improve business productivity and operations.
