How to Attach a File to an E-mail

Compose the e-mail (see How to Send an E-mail) Go to Insert File This brings up the Insert File box

Using the drop-down arrow browse for the required drive and file to be inserted

When you have found the file, highlight it (left click it) and click

The file is now attached to the e-mail and it can be sent
