 OPEN FILE WINDOW USING PATH

On Click “Open URL” button, Dialog box appears that asks for the Path that has
to be opened externally.
 Error (Path not Valid)

If user entered path does not exist or the path is not valid then error message
is displayed.
 PROPERTY WINDOW

User must select the file before clicking the “Properties” button. Property
Window shows the file details and the attributes.

“Home”,” Back”, ”Refresh” button operates on the displayed list of file and
Folders of the current directory.
 Create a New File

To create a new File, user must enter the file name and select the file type
from the File Type Combo Box. By default, Text File Document will be created if
not selected .

Create a New Folder

Create a new File Folder on clicking the “Create Folder” button .

 Deleting File/Folder

Selection is must for Deleting a file or a folder from the current directory.
Dialog Box appears asking whether to delete or not .
 Copy of File/Folder

To Copy a file/folder, select the files or folder and then go to the destination
folder where the selected file/folder is to be pasted . For pasting, click on the
“Paste” button. ”Paste” button is enabled only when “Copy” button is clicked.
 On Pasting (Item Already Exists)

If the copied file/folder already exists in the destination folder then Dialog Box
appears showing “Already exists” message.
