Sankalp Rotary Cama Place

Sankalp is an a school for underprivileged children located in DLF Phase IV. The school teaches children from Grade 1 to Grade 5. After Grade 5 students are given scholarships to attend government schools. The school also provides the children with a ration of rice and dal along with meals everyday. While at Sankalp I realized how extraordinary the students were and their interest in school. In the following presentation I will show you the short experience I had in the school during the summer breaks.

Teaching At Sankalp
At Sankalp, I taught the students of class 3 and 4 basic English. Their interest in the subject was amazing and the enthusiasm they expressed for tests astonished me.

This experience has taught me a few lessons. Not only has it improved my teaching and communication skills it has also given me an insight into life and has made me realize that money is not necessarily happiness.
