    Mr. Balbir had three appeal case to attend for. Siti called me from the court to ask me to try to call the Respondents counsel for the case of Kwang Chee Hang Sdn Bhd. 2) I called the other sides counsel from Messrs James Khong & Messes Gananathan & Loh regarding to ask for their kind consideration to agree with us to postpone the matter which will be on mention at 2.30pm today to a later time until our counsel finished with the three appeal cases today. Previously, the court had rejected our application to postpone the case. WORKING DAY: 9am-1.15am Duration Remarks

    3) Siti called me again to ask me to bring the correspondence to the court as she will try to stand down the case. 4) While I was at the court, Siti asked me to do a file search for the case Big Store v KHY, Saman No. S3-22-4332003. 5) While I was at the office, Mr. Balbir assigned me with a task to prepare the Appellant/Plaintiffs Written Submission for the Kwan Chee Hang 2.00pm3.45pm

    Sdn Bhd appeal case. 6) A written submission is an appeal by the Plaintiff against the decisions of the Court Judge allowing the Defendants application to set aside the Statement of Claim on specific basis, vice versa. 7) I must prepare five sets of Written Submissions and all of it must be ready by tomorrow. 8) This is my first time preparing such court document by myself. Usually I just only assisted Mr. Mohan to do so. Therefore, I proceed with the draft of the Written Submission that Mr. Balbir prepared for me and later on I photocopied all authorities to support the submission to be compiled with the document. 9) It required an effort to complete all the sets of Written Submissions. At 10pm, I am still at the office photocopying the authorities for the Submissions. Luckily, Thanga stayed to finish up his work and at the same time he assisted me to do my task. 10) While attending the Submissions preparation, Mr. Balbir give me another task that is to prepare a Rekod Rayuan (Appeals Record) for the Big Store case. Thanga also help me to prepare the said cause paper. 11) At about 1.15am, I decided to went home and to finish the task the next day. Thanga is still preoccupied with his task. Log out: 1.15am
