Control and minimize the personnel entry in to the pouring area. Use burn protective plastic over all suite, Gum Boot, Mono Goggle. Ensure the availability and effectiveness emergency eye wash and shower. Use extension chute and sufficient length discharge hose. Isolate services as needed through authorized permit. Make clean and tidy the surface area. Make Safety grooving on rebar mat or temporary safety platform. Minimize the personnel in the slippery surface area. Use anti skit footwear.
