Dear Parent(s), Friday 10th February marks 100 days of school for students in Year 1.

We are celebrating this milestone by participating in a range of activities based on the concept of 100. These activities will take place on Monday 13th February. Activities: Individual classes: Count collections of 100 items brought from home Year 1: 100 exercises 100 day photograph Make an edible necklace with 100 treats 100 thumbprint insect picture Make a 100 Day T-shirt Puzzles with 100 pieces 100 streamers You are welcome to join us throughout the day. 8.30 9.30 Classroom Activities 9.30 9.40 Snack 9.40 10.00 Recess 10:00 10:45 Classroom Activities. 2-3 parents needed in 1EB 10:45 12:10 Year 1 Activities. Classes rotate. 2-3 parents needed in 1EB 12.10 1.10 Lunch 1.10 1.40 Year 1 Activities. Classes rotate. 2-3 parents needed in 1EB 1.40 2.30 Year 1 photograph, distribution of cookies and release of streamers. Students will have their school bags and can be dismissed from outside. Your child needs to bring the following: 1. A collection of 100 things to count. For example, 100 toothpicks, 100 grains of rice, 100 pencils, etc. 2. A plain white t-shirt to decorate. We would love your child to wear clothes that show representations of 100. This may include 100 stripes, spots, pictures and so forth. Pyjamas are acceptable on this day.
