Description
Mentoring is the process that enables and supports change in the lives of work colleagues. Effective mentoring in your workplace will equip your colleagues with the tools, knowledge and opportunities they need to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. This introductory program from the SWSi Faculty of Business and Finance will provide you with an understanding of essential knowledge and capabilities that contribute to a successful mentoring relationship. Interactive practice scenarios will enable examination of essential mentoring skills in a safe and supportive learning environment.
