Break the Project down into a series of Tasks
Set Regular Team Meetings
Have an Agenda (Email in advance)
Keep Minutes (Email afterwards to conrm the Actions)
Set Deadlines for completing Tasks
Use online software to help schedule (Google Calender or iCal)
Use colour to identify individuals undertaking the Task
