LETTER OF INDEMNITY FOR LOST INSTRUMENTS

To, HDFC Bank Ltd. Raja Park Branch, Jaipur I , ABHISHEK GOYAL, the undersigned is the owner of the Demand Draft (A/C Payee) bearing No. 002039 Dated 19/7/2011 issued by the HDFC Bank Ltd. Drawn on HDFC Bank , Jaipur and payable to the order of Abhishek goyal in the amount of Rs 4240.56/- (Ruppees Four Thousand Two Hundred Forty & paisa fifty six only). The said Demand Draft has been irretrievably lost, stolen, misplaced, or destroyed. I confirm and declare that I have not in any manner whatsoever dealt with Demand Draft and to the best of my knowledge and belief , the same has not been endorsed and delievered. In my following and in agreeing to indemnify you in the following manner , you have agreed to :1. Isuue/issued a duplicate demand draft.

In lieu of the above mentioned Lost Demand draft. Now, in the consideration of your issuing /having agreed to issue a duplicate Demand Draft as aforesaid. I, the undersigned , hereby agree to indemnify and save you harmless at any/all times from the damages, loses, costs, expenses and all other sum of money, which you may be required to pay, suffer or incur and also against all demands, actions and proceedings, that may be made, filed, taken or instituted against you by reason of presentation, production or payment of said original instrument be endorsed as aforesaid by you. In this connection, i recognize that if said original Demand Draft be endordsed and in the hands of a holder for value, you may be compelled to pay the same I also agree and confirm to deliver the said original Demand Draft to you for cancellation & destruction If the same shall be found Or traced at ant time.
