Ingredients: Tomato Sauce/Pizza Sauce Corn Mill Glazed Pineapples Spice Ham Special Cheese/Cheddar Mozzarella Dough/Crust Materials: Tray Oven Procedure: 1. Prepare the ingredients. 2. Slice the mozzarella and the cheddar cheese. Cut spice ham and pineapples in to 10 pieces. 3. Spread the corn mill into the tray then make a dough circle about the size of a fist. 4. Stretch the dough; flatten in maintaining its as circle shape. 5. When the dough becomes big it means the dough is ready. 6. Put the tomato sauce at the centre and spread it. Make some allowance at the edge of the pizza. 7. Sprinkle the cheddar on the top of the pizza. 8. Then put the mozzarella cheese from side to center. 9. The 10 slices of spice hams are distributed; the 7 is placed on the sides and the other 3 is on the center. 10. Put the pineapples on the edge, where there is no tomato spread part of the pizza. 11. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Experience at Pizza Camp: We went to NE Pacific mall to attend the pizza camp event sponsored by Greenwich. When we reached our destination, we saw Kuya Ryan, Kuya James and Ate Rizza. We prayed first for the overall flow of the program to be smooth and fun. Afterwards, we played putukan, pass the pizza box, bring me and cup dribble. The first 10 students went inside the kitchen to take a tour, while the others are playing. When its our turn, we saw their huge oven, their refrigerator and their numerous frying grills. Also, we get to explore their dirty kitchen where the ingredients are being prepared and cooked. After that, we played pass the pizza box again and we had our pizza making activity. The crew assisted us in making our own pizza and they are the ones who put it in the oven. After which, we also ate the pizza we made. We ordered the food we liked before leaving.
