Spring. Just saying the word conjures up images of de-cluttering your home, health and lifestyle. With the days getting longer, its a time when people embark on new things getting over that winter lethargy and springing into action. As the best-selling Stephen Covey says in his The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Did you ever consider how ridiculous it would be to try to cram on a farm - to forget to plant in the spring, play all summer then cram in the fall to bring in the harvest? The farm is a natural system. The price must be paid and the process followed. You always reap what you sow; there is no shortcut." There is probably no better statement to describe this business put in the hard work and the results can be amazing. Now is the time to dust off those plans and goals and really sow the seeds that could see an incredibly fruitful harvest come the autumn. And speaking of autumn, the criteria for Blackpool kicks off today! With our Spring Destination qualifiers set to sail the Caribbean next week, have you reviewed your goals to join us on the next amazing Destination? Next week well be giving you a little taster of whats to come in the autumn, but for now, review the criteria (page six) and set those goals. The launch of the Autumn Destination takes place at the Summer Showcase on Saturday 9 May and we already have some fantastic speakers lined up. Get your plans in place and start your journey onto achieving your goals and in return, we promise that the Showcase will give you the motivation, inspiration and training you need to make that final sprint to the finish line. To celebrate the start of a new season, we also have a brand new challenge set up, Kleenezes Seven Days of Sails. Its something that we really hope youll throw yourself into. With Kriss Akabusi lined up for this years explosive Summer Showcase, we thought it couldnt get much better. However, the latest news to be revealed is that the very distinguished Director of the Direct Selling Association, Richard Berry, is also to make an appearance. Since 1965, the DSA has been the recognised trade association for the Direct Selling channel of distribution. Today its member companies account for 59% of total Direct Sales and membership of this governing body is a powerful aid to the development of any business. The relationship between the DSA and Kleeneze goes back a long time, but the one with its Director is perhaps more personal. In 2007, Berry told Enterprize Magazine: Way back in 1969, I was a management consultant, called in to restore the fortunes of Kleeneze plc which, at that time, was still operating in much the same way as it was in the 1920s. After spending a few weeks on the road knocking on doors, talking to customers and selling brushes and polishes, I was sufficiently convinced that this was a great way of doing business and decided to join the Kleeneze board a short while later becoming its managing director. Within a year, I decided to change the business to a multilevel organisation - and so Kleeneze became the DSAs first MLM member. KLEENEZE AUTUMN DESTINATION 2009


QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Periods 4 to 9 inclusive Existing Distributors: 1. Achieve Sales Plan progression at least one position to a MINIMUM of Gold Distributor. 2. Maintain the new position for a further TWO Periods (a total of three Sales Periods at the new position). 3. Distributors must hit their NEW level for TWO CONSECUTIVE Periods out of the three (e.g. Periods 4 & 5 plus ONE more Period). Distributors who register in Periods 5 or 6: 1. Achieve a MINIMUM of 18% Volume Profit by Period 7. 2. Achieve Sales Plan progression to GOLD in Period 8. 3. Maintain GOLD in Period 9 (a total of two Periods at Gold). SED & PREMIER distributors: Qualify at SED level (5 wide) for ANY 3 Periods during Periods 4 to 9 inclusive, AND demonstrate POSITIVE year-on-year growth over the same Period in 2008 (Period 4 to 9).
Additional Rules: 1. All qualifying distributorships MUST show a year-on-year Bulk Sales increase over the same Period in the previous year (your Bulk Sales during this current competition period will be compared to your Bulk Sales between Period 4, 2008 and Period 9, 2008). 2. A Distributorship can ONLY qualify for a particular conference ONCE (multiple qualifications for a conference do not automatically qualify a distributorship for the next conference the following year). This rule also applies to trophy winners and new Premier Distributors. 3. Qualification will be subject to the usual company verifications. 4. The programme commences at the point of departure of the international flight (choose from London Heathrow or Manchester, subject to availability). Domestic flights are not included unless you live in Ireland or the Channel Islands. Travel insurance, airport accommodation and car parking must be arranged by the Distributor. 5. In order to qualify, a new partner on a Kleeneze distributorship should have joined the business before the distributorship begins qualification.

Michael Khatkar made such a good job of modelling the outdoor wear at the last Showcase, that we bought a set each. We decided to initiate the suits into the British weather and they have proved very successful. Not only do they keep us dry, they also advertise us as well. Mavis was walking to a house to pick up a catalogue, when the next door neighbour stopped her to ask if she could have a catalogue. She had seen the Kleeneze motif on Mavis back. Mavis instantly gave her a pack to look at, saying we would collect it later. However, before we had driven away, the lady gave us back the catalogue with an order!
