Product Ingredients
Wash 300g of chicken pieces and keep aside. Heat oil to fry chopped onions until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and fry until soft. Now add Aachi Chicken Masala and cook till oil separates. Add 200ml water and salt to taste. Add chicken pieces, cover with lid and allow it to simmer until the chicken becomes tender. Add coconut paste till the gravy thickens. Now tasty Aachi Chicken is ready to serve hot.

Chicken 560g Onions 300g (Medium size : 3 nos.) Tomatoes 250g (Medium size : 2 nos.) Oil 100 ml (6 tbsp) Coconut paste 40g (2 tbsp) Water 350ml Salt required quantity Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste 35g (2 tbsp) Aachi Chicken Masala 50g
Preparation Method
1) Clean the chicken pieces thorougly with water and keep it aside. 2) Heat oil in a cooking pan (kadai), add chopped onions and fry till golden brown. 3) Then add Aachi Ginger Garlic Paste and stir fry for two minutes. 4) Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft. 5) Now add Aachi Chicken Masala and cook till oil separates. 6) Add water and salt to taste. 7) Add chicken pieces, cover with lid and allow it to simmer until the chicken is cooked well. 8) Then add coconut paste and cook till the gravy thickens. 9) Now Chicken masala is ready-to-serve.
