Im writing to complain about your terrible customer service.

I topped up my phone using credit card on two occasions ( 20 each time, however the amount wasnt credited to my account. Its not so much the loss of 40 which upsets me. Im sure Ill get it back. But my phone didnt work when I needed to make urgent call to an important client. This is not the sort of service I expected from a company as well known as yours. Id like to know how youre going to compensate me. Maureen White.

Response: Responding to complaints from Mrs. Maureen White in this reader's letter dated 18 October 2011 regarding top up credit through credit cards that are not successful but the credit card balance decreases. We hereby apologize for any inconvenience and loss of material and non material. In connection with these problems Mrs. Maureen White can come to customer service in the branch office nearest to carry ID cards and credit cards. Process that reduced the balance on the credit card is refunded back to credit card balances. Thus we say, thanks for the input Mrs. Maureen White as efforts to improve our network and services in the future.
