To Whom it may concern,

I’m writing to address my concerns about being invoiced in the amount of $1,126.00 as of
April 24th, 2023 for the service I am not receiving. I have been a customer since November
24, 2020 until June 20th, 2022 and throughout this time the monthly fee has been
increased gradually twice, I inquired about getting a better rate multiple times and was
promised a discount due to being a loyal customer but no discount has been applied. The
last payment I made was on June 20th, 2022. After this date I was noti ed of the changes
in the payment system which resulted in deletion of my auto payment information. I tried
to update this information but was unable to do so due to technical problems with the
website, I assume. I have been trying to get in contact with Regus representative to resolve
it, but didn’t get any response. Then, I went ahead and tried to end our agreement due to
poor customer service experience with your company, but again I stumbled across the
technical problems with the website. The button responsible for ending the agreement
was wouldn’t work and I was unable to proceed with cancellation. Again I have been trying
to get in contact with the representative, after numerous attempts I was nally able to get
in contact with one of the representatives on April 14th, 2023 and the inquiry case
number: C-9682492-D1D2 was open and closed right away, but the issue hasn’t been
resolved. The button to end an agreement still doesn’t work!

In addition I have received multiple phone calls and emails from a debt collection
company with aggressive law suit threats against my company. I informed them that my
company is not responsible for any outstanding balance to Regus.

I insist that the balance of $1,126.00 caused solely by technical problems and poor
customer service of your company to be removed from my company’s and my names
effective immediately! As well as the collection company to be informed of no outstanding
balance between STR AUTO INC and REGUS effective immediately!
