Why have cultural and creative industries grown?

Your answer may focus on either one geographical area and/or one specific industry. We decided to focus on the Music Industry and how it has grown throughout the years. 1. To achieve this will present you examples on how the music industry has change and expanded in its distribution and consumption from 50 years ago to the present. 2. In the same sense/line we will also try to provide a quick scope on how other creative industries, such as film, have assisted in the development and expansion of the music industry. 3. We will also talk about the cultural growth of the music industry, and to this we will explain and provide the example on how the Korean music has impacted and manifested itself in Japan. In conclusion, we see that decline of sales because piracy, is just part of it. However, it hasn't affected the industry as whole. The presented the music industry has been capable of expand its distribution, and grow technologically, culturally and financially.
