    We, (Joint Owners / Joint Applicant Names) do hereby declare that we are the Joint Owners / Joint Applicant to the Loan availed, of the following house. Address of Property: We, have jointly availed a Housing loan for Rs.25,00,000(Loan ) from HDFC Limited. However the principal and interest amount in respect of the house loan availed for the construction/acquisition of the above-referred house is fully paid by Venkatesh D We further declare that the income tax benefit in respect of repayment of either the principle or the interest amount on this loan will be claimed by and I, have not and will not avail any income tax benefit in respect of repayment of either the principle or the interest amount on this loan during the Financial Year 2011-12.
