How much each person owes

(Not factoring in what people have paid)
To get these numbers I added up how much we spent on various
things and divided it by the number of people- taking into account
how many nights people stayed.

Note: I rounded the costs a bit to make the numbers divide properly.
But the biggest margin of error is about a dollar, so it’s not really the
end of the world.

How much each person owes, how much they paid, and the
difference
First column is taken from the sheet that was on the fridge and the
second is from the table above.

Paid Owes Difference

Izzy 308.8 254.5 + 54.3
Steph 506.9 254.5 + 252.4
Rosa 290 254.5 + 35.5
Zoe - 124.5 - 124.5
Liz - 107 - 107
Ella 25 107 - 82
Poomitta 47.5 76.5 - 29

Note: If you add up the differences, you get –1.3 instead of 0. This is
because of carry on errors from rounding in the previous table.

How money exchange could work out

This is just one way. But it’s simple enough.
You may choose to round up or down.

o Zoe ($124.5) and Liz ($107) give their money to Steph.

Steph now still needs about $21
(Zoe + Liz Steph)

o Poomitta gives about $21 to Steph, and $8 to Rosa. Rosa

still needs $27.5
(Poo  Steph + Rosa)

o Ella gives $27.5 to Rosa, and the remaining $54.5 to Izzy.

(Ella  Izzy + Rosa)
