Managers: Reports

In the LMS, managers who have direct reports will have two roles: the Learner role for taking their own training and the Supervisor role for running reports on their direct employees. Managers cannot take training in the Supervisor role and cannot run reports in the Learner role. If you are a manager with direct reports, your Supervisor role will show up automatically in the LMS. 1 2 1. In the upper navigation bar, change your role to Supervisor 2. Go to Reporting 3. Click on Run Standard Reports 4. Select the type of report you wish to run. Recommended: Learner Transcripts Report this will show you your direct report employees enrolled courses and their status for each. Learning Plan Overview this will show you your direct report employees required training, due dates and percentage complete. 5. Click on Filter and Run 6. Though not required, you may use filters. 7. Click on Run 8. Click on Export to save to your computer. This will give you a better format to print. (It is not recommended to print directly from this screen.) 9. Select desired format Excel (.xls) is recommended 5 10. Click Export 11. Click Save. It will prompt you to save to your computer.

Second Level Reports As a manager, you are only able to view your direct reports. If you require reports for a larger audience, please contact your HR Manager.
