    1. Seller sends FCO and supporting documentation. 2. Buyer sends Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). 3. Buyer and Seller have face to face meeting in sellers office and make necessary arrangements for the exporting of the gold. 4. Buyer will pay for all exportation taxes (8%=$756,800 USD), Government Documentation, Transportation and Insurance in the sellers country. These costs incurred will be deducted from the final payment. 5. Sellers Rep and Buyers Rep will accompany the 473kg throughout the delivery and during the assay in the buyers Country of Choice. 6. After smelting and issuing a new assay report, the buyer will transfer the balance payment to
    the sellers Account.
