This workshop is for network managers in schools. The purpose of this workshop is to: 1. demonstrate what is involved in implementing FITS 2. help to understand how to decide where to start an implementation of FITS 3. create an action plan for implementing FITS.

Deciding where to start gathering information Understanding your current position Identifying known process issues Understanding your strengths and weaknesses Taking advantage of opportunities and threats 3. Deciding where to start using the information gathered Identifying quick wins and priorities 4. How can FITS help and what is involved? Processes Tools People and time 5. Creating an action plan

Prerequisites
This course requires experience as a network manager or offering technical support in a school.
