    To: Mr. Saeid SIFAW Assistant Manager. From: Mr. Said DHIFI - Project Engineer. PROJECT: HALON REPLACEMENT SYSTEM FOR FIRE PROTECTION AT ZELLA PHASE 3 PN524D. DATE: 10/03/2006. MANPOWER: Supervisor: 01 Foreman : 01 Laborers : 02 Total : 04 WORK HAS BEEN DONE LAST WEEK: 1) 2) 3) 4) Measure out as per the Reference Drawing to establish a start point. Set up the appropriate approved Safety Barriers. Scan the required area. Hand Digging @ Road Crossing # 1,2 &3 to discover exactly where and what it is.

    PROGRAMMING FOR NEXT WEEK 1) Laborers start hand digging cable trench from Laboratory to reference point 1 and from Communication building to New Switchgear.

    GENERAL COMMENTS: The following is the list of materiel which will be required on site to complete the installation: 1500M of yellow cable warning tape. 1500M of warning red & white tape. 30 of cable trench marker.
