Payment: 50 % Down Payment, 50% according to official Invoice.
Validity: This offer is valid for 2 weeks

* All prices excluding transportation fees

* All the prices excluding Sales Tax.
* 0.5 % (Half Percent) per week delay penalty applies for overdue Invoices.

Generator Package General Conditions: -

Power House Responsibility:
 Provide one operator to fully monitor the operation of the diesel
generators with experience to repair any fault occurred at site day and
night and perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
 Supply & install necessary preventive maintenance spare parts.

Client Responsibility:
- Responsible for the supply of good quality fuel & Lubricating Oil for the
generators.
- Responsible for presenting good operating conditions for the equipment.
- Mob. & de Mob & Road Fees.
- Site Crane
- Civil works
- Suitable accommodation to "Power House" staff
- Cables, distribution panels & tie-in, any other electric works.
- Internal in site transportation for " Power House " staff
- Custom declaration – if required
- Totally responsible for the generators including fire , drowning, flooding ,
direct damage , theft , etc …
- Insurance of the generator(s) against all risk.

- It is the responsibility of the client to protect all his personnel, equipment &
devices against any electric fault of the transformer; such as, but not limited
to:
I. Under / over voltage
II. Under / over frequency
III. Phase Failure
IV. Wrong Phase Sequence.
V. Earth leakage
VI. Phase Unbalance
VII. Short circuit
VIII. Etc….
The client has to connect an adequate ground cable with an earth pit of (2) OHM
resistance.
A detailed regular rental contract shall be signed before generator dispatch.
“Power House " can NOT take any responsibility or liability or be requested to
make payment for loss or damage or harm to personnel or equipment or devices…
In no case shall “Power House” be responsible for loss of profit or loss of saving
or any kind of consequential damage.

1- Official delegation for the delegated person who will sign the contract
2- ID photo copy
3- Official purchase order as per offered quotation
4- Guarantee for the rented Generator(s) (letter of guarantee / bank chick with signing
validity from the bank)
5- The In advance contract amount that been dedicated in the contract.
