Check proper oil level- between high and low mark Drain condensate from air receiver Drain drop legs and traps in piping Overall visual check for damage or any unsafe condition Check for unusual noise or vibration Clean Air Inlet Filter Clean cooling surfaces of compressor Safety Valve to be tested to see that it does not stick Inspect entire air system for leaks Inspect Oil for contamination, change if contaminated Check Inlet Valve & Outlet Valve for leak Check for proper Belt tension and alignment Change oil (mineral) 500hrs or 4 month whichever comes first Change oil (synthetic) 2000hrs or 1 year whichever comes first Inspect pressure switch and electrical contacts

Correct oil level

Clean air filter Check Inlet Valve Check Outlet Valve

Clean cooling surface

Belt tension Belt alignment Check safety valve Unloader valve Pressure switch

Check for safe working condition

Inspect wire contacts Contactors, etc.

Check motor running current Check crankcase for crack, damage or leak oil

Inspect Check valve for leak
