    Construction details: - The building is a four-storey naturally ventilated office block situated in East Anglia. - The average annual infiltration rate from the building is 1 acph. - Ceiling Height = 2.8 meters. - The construction comprises an uninsulated concrete floor and a 225mm concrete slab roof. - Softwood timber, double glazed windows and doors with a U-value of 3.3 W/m2K - Brick (1700 Kg/m3 density) and block (800 Kg/m3 density) walls with no insulation in a 60 mm cavity. - The heating system is a LTHW radiator system heated by a gas boiler with an 65% efficiency. - The treated floor area (heated) is 95% of the total floor area. - The hot water requirements are 6 W/m2 needed for 1000 hours/year. - The installed office equipment load is 9 W/m2 and the installed lighting load is 18 W/m2 of floor area. - 175 people occupy the building for 9 hours per day 5 days per week.
