MUSTARD OF YOUR CHOICE CHICKEN CHUNKS

Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups flour (SELF RISING) 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 1 bottle and 1 cup spicey mustard. (HONEY MUSTARD CAN BE USED.) 1 1LB chicken tenders (cut chicken into chunks) 36 toothpicks 1 bottle of cooking oil

Directions: In a zip lock bag pour mustard of your choice in. Put chicken into bag, and zip. Toss to coat chicken. Place bag in refrigerator over night. Heat oil in deep fryer at 400.(Skillet can be used.) Remove chicken from bag, discard bag. Mix flour and salt, pepper. Coat chicken in flour. Pour the 1 cup of mustard in a bowl and dip chicken in, then back in flour. Deep fry about 4 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Put a tooth pick in each chicken chunk. Serve with more mustard for dipping.
