Broccoli Omelett

Fried Rice Ingredients

★ 1 plate of rice or to taste, which has a dry texture


★ 100 grams chicken meat, chopped or shredded
★ 1 carrot, diced
★ Small broccoli to taste, chopped
★ 1 tsp soy sauce or to taste
★ 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce or to taste
★ Enough oil for frying
★ Enough cheese for topping, grated
★ 1 pack of Sasa Fried Rice Seasoning Flour
Egg omelette ingredients

2 eggs
Enough water
1 tbsp flour
Salt to taste
How to make
1.Make an omelette by mixing 2 eggs, water, salt to taste. Stir until fluffy.
Add enough flour to the mixture then stir.
2.Add enough flour to the mixture then stir until evenly mixed.
3.Cook the omelette mixture on a Teflon over low heat. Cook until cooked, keep using low heat so it
doesn’t burn. Then set aside in a container once cooked.
4.Use another frying pan, pour in cooking oil, add the shredded chicken and stir-fry.
5.Pour in the rice and 1 packet of Sasa Fried Rice Seasoning Flour, then stir until evenly mixed.
6.Add salty soy sauce and sweet soy sauce according to taste, then stir again.
7.Add the chopped carrots and broccoli, then stir everything well until cooked.
8.Serve the fried rice in a bowl then cover it with the omelette. Add grated cheese according to taste.
