1.0 Purpose: 1.0.1 To have standard Job description of the students accounting staff. 1.1. Scope: 1.1.1 Applies to all students accounting staff. 1.2 Reference: 1.2.1 Employees manual 1.3 Responsibility: Major Duties and Responsibilities 1.3.1 Prepares and implement schedule of fees 1.3.2 Give information regarding changing/dropping of subjects tuition fees, charges for withdrawal,

1.3.3 Check and verifies assessment, adjustments, discounts and privileges 1.3.4 Print and checks examination permits at least two weeks before every examination period 1.3.5 Prepare reports on promissory notes every end of the examination period 1.3.6 Sign clearances, copy of diploma, and yearbook certification 1.3.7 Issue statement of accounts / billing to different organization, company and etc. 1.3.8 Informs immediately, by any means to the immediate superiors any serious matter that places 1.3.9 Performs such other duties as may be appropriate to this office or as directed by the President or Chancellor.
