Introduction: My idea is to open a retail shop of cloths and provide best retailing services to my customer

Background : This will be a new experience for me and this is not our family business.

Resources : It requires the following Capital Shop Furniture

Product: Product will be a vast variety of cloths according to our customer choice and culture

Price: At start of business price will be reasonably less and according to purchasing power of customer.

Promotion: Promotion will be carried out on billboards.

Place: The shop will be placed in Swabi Mardan main road.

Threat of new entrant: This threat will be deal by creating customer loyalty with our shop by providing friendly environment to them and establishing good relations

Threat of substitute product: There is no threat related to clothes because there is no culture of using jeans or other garments and people like simple shalwar kamees.

Bargaining power of supplier: Purchasing will be done in bulk form from supplier to minimize his power.

Purchasing power of customer: It will be deal by providing fair and reasonable prices and vast variety of different colors and quality.

Intensity of rivalry: It will be also deal by creating customer loyalty and keeping profit ratio less compare to other so that able to offer less price.
