    I believe students learn better when they know the teacher cares about them. I will get to know each student as an individual and reflect a caring attitude.

    I believe all students have knowledge to contribute to the class. I will provide students opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge.

    I believe every student deserves to be heard. I will provide students a voice in the classroom.

    I believe each student is unique. I will recognize individual talents and abilities.

    I believe every student deserves an opportunity to learn in their own way. I will utilize various methods to cater to each learning style.

    I believe mistakes are teachable moments. I will create a safe atmosphere where risk taking is encouraged.

    I believe we all can learn from each other. I will provide opportunities for students to be the teachers.

    I believe all students deserve respect and differing backgrounds should be celebrated. I will provide opportunities for students to learn about different cultures.

    I believe I can make a difference in students lives. I will follow my passion and dedicate myself to being the best teacher I can be.
