My philosophy of Education as a High School Teacher

I believe that every child

 is unique and has their own potential.
 needs a challenging educational environment where they can develop in all aspects.
 has their own learning styles and learns at their own pace .
 needs to have choices and let their curiosity direct their learning.

I believe that my goal is to establish an environment where students can have varied
opportunities to learn and reach their maximum potential. Inside the classroom, we will see the
beauty in diversity and will become each other’s greatest supporter. Aside from knowledge
acquisition, I also need to inculcate the necessary values in their education. They must also be
exposed to a healthy and productive environment in order for them to thrive.
My duty is to facilitate learning and nurture my students to become the best version of
themselves.
I strongly believe that real education comes to life when the students are able to apply what they
have learned and use it in upholding common good.
