    ABSTRACT

    This is the Practical Training report which conducted at VETA for nine weeks. The report is divided into six chapters: The first chapter explains about the organization structure of the company job description and history background of the company together with the organization chart. All these are found in chapter one. The second chapter explains about booting in which we see the definition of booting, history, boot loader, network boot and so many others. The third chapter explains about Microsoft office including the office word, excel, publisher and power point. The fourth chapter is about the keyboard shortcuts. The fifth chapter covers internet topic in which there is how to create yahoo new account and the last chapter explains different installation in which we see how to install a printer, how to install cd drive and how to install windowsXP.
